DESCRIPTION: An ornate and large antique Victorian solid silver back and front locket, with a bird engraved pattern. It opens/closes well. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped, it tests for high grade silver (800+) back and front with base metal frame, hinge and bail. The total weight is 9.40g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. There are some dents in areas. PLEASE NOTE: One of the faces has some solder on the seam where the silver connects to the base metal frame. I imagine the silver parted from the frame at some point and has been reattached with solder (see pictures/video).
