DESCRIPTION: A stunning and very rare antique Victorian 9ct gold and solid silver brooch, adorned with a large genuine natural garnet cut into a hollowed dome. The gold star section is solid 9ct gold and adorned with a seed pearl. The silver bar section is solid silver. It weighs approx. 8.49g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests as explained above.
