It measures internally 5.6cm or 2.2" in internal diameter (hinge to clasp), therefore you wrist needs to be thinner than that for it to fit. It weighs approx. 22.69g and the clasp opens/closes tightly. It's stamped "800" for silver along with a makers mark. It has some dark patina in areas.
