DESCRIPTION: A brilliant antique Victorian solid silver brooch, with a pastry cutter effect. I think is a genuine early Charles Horner piece, but I can't say for certain, it certainly has his style and craftsmanship. There are no hallmarks or stamps, which is a good indication, as the Victorian pieces were rarely marked. It tests for sterling silver and weighs approx. 10.09g.
