DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous and rare antique Victorian solid silver puffer heart pendant, adorned with a genuine ruby. I'm not 100% sure what the rear stone is, it has a yellowy/green tone to it, it looks like a form of agate/quartz to me. The item weighs approx. 1.26g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+).
