DESCRIPTION: A well crafted and rare antique Victorian Scottish solid silver Violin brooch, decorated with genuine Montrose. As to be expected with age and use, the item was isn't stamped/hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+). It weighs approx. 6.18g and the size dimensions in the later photos. One of the agate pieces is chipped in the corner, see pictures/video. The clasp looks like it has been replaced with a safety clasp at some point in the items life.
