DESCRIPTION: A good quality antique Victorian sterling silver figaro twisted curb link albert chain necklace, with original dog clip. The chain measures approx. 45cm or 17.7" in unfastened length and weighs approx. 34.49g. The item is hallmarked for sterling silver with the British lion passant on various links and stamped "SS" on the dog clip for sterling silver. As to be expected the items age, some of the links have worn. There is one round jump ring connecting a section of curb links (see picture 7). The curb links can have a tendency to twist around, this is the nature of the links.
