PLEASE NOTE - DAMAGES: ALOT OF THE BEADS HAVE SOME LARGE CRACKS AND SPLITS TO THEM - READ BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS. DESCRIPTION: A very long antique Victorian Whitby jet round bead necklace, with graduating beads, about 80 in total. It's rare to find antique Whitby jet in a round bead cut, they're usually faceted or carved. The necklace measures approx. 99cm or 38.5" in unfastened length. It weighs approx. 100g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. PLEASE NOTE: The majority of the beads have some heavy cracks and splits to them. I've taken some pictures showing the type of cracks and chips, some of them are deep and run through the pieces, meaning some beads may eventually crack completely at some point. I've reduced the price of the item accordingly, if the item was in perfect condition it would be worth quadruple what I'm asking for it.
