DESCRIPTION: A beautiful 1940s vintage solid 9ct gold heart shaped locket, with a hand engraved face and embossed border. It closes tightly and has its original picture retaining shims on one side. The locket is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, dating to 1945. It weighs approx. 2.38g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. The are some small bulges on the front face and the inside faces have dark patina on them, see pictures/video.
