DESCRIPTION: A superb vintage abalone shell cameo pendant/brooch, mounted in a thick solid silver frame and depicting a grace. The cameo itself is genuine shell and has been hand carved. The item is stamped "800" for silver and tests for 800 silver. It weighs approx. 9.02g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The rear of the shell has some peeling, see pictures/video.
