DESCRIPTION: A beautiful vintage solid silver cameo pendant/brooch, depicting a young Queen Elizabeth II. The cameo is crisply detailed and is genuine hand carved shell. The frame is stamped "800" for silver and the item weighs 4.39. The size dimensions are in the later photos. The cameo has some age lines in it, see pictures/video. There's aren't impact cracks but lines from age.
