DESCRIPTION: A beautifully carved old vintage sterling silver cameo pendant/brooch. The cameo is genuine shell and has been intricately hand carved into a flower shape. The item is stamped "925" for silver. It weighs approx. 4.32g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. PLEASE NOTE: There is a dark patina around the border of the rim (see photos/video).
