DESCRIPTION: A gorgeous pair of vintage Italian solid 18k gold cameo stud earrings. The cameos are genuine hand carved shell pink conch shell. The earrings are stamped "750" on the backs along with an Italian makers mark, they also test for 18ct in all areas. The combined weight is approx. 5.40g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with age, the cameos have some dark marks in areas.
