DESCRIPTION: A beautiful vintage shell cameo pendant/brooch, hand carved and mounted in a thick solid 9ct 375 yellow gold frame. The item is hallmarked for 9ct gold, dating to 1971. It weighs approx. 7.57g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The cameo has a small mark near the bottom, see pictures/video.
