DESCRIPTION: An elegant and eye catching solid 9ct gold heart pendant, adorned with a genuine rubies and a diamonds (100% tested). It weighs approx. 0.98g and the size dimensions are in the latter photos. It isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests for solid 9ct gold. There are 4 diamonds situated in the white gold settings, some of the other white gold settings are illusion set.
