DESCRIPTION: A beautiful vintage Mikimoto cultured pearl necklace, with sterling silver clasp. The clasp bears the Mikimoto makers mark and is also stamped "S" for silver. The overall condition is good, the coating of the pearls is still strong and has a nice pearlescent hue to it, there are some marks as to be expected with a vintage item. The largest pearl measures approx. 7.4mm in diameter and the smallest measures 3.5mm in diameter. The necklace measures approx. 54cm or 21.2" in unfastened length and weighs approx. 13.70g. Some of the knots near the end have darkened with age, one looks like it has been retied, see pictures/video.
