DESCRIPTION: A beautifully carved large vintage cameo pendant/brooch, made from abalone mother of pearl shell and solid silver. The cameo itself has nice detail and lovely white tones. The item is stamped "800" for silver. It weighs approx. 7.50g and the size dimensions are in the later photos.
