DESCRIPTION: A vintage sterling silver and genuine blue john doublet necklace pendant. The pendant is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, dating to 1976. It weighs 5.43g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. Blue john is an extremely rare mineral and can only be found in Derbyshire in the UK (not far from me), it is in fact Britain's rarest mineral. PLEASE NOTE: The Blue John doublet has fogged with age and use, therefore it looks a bit clouded (see pictures/video). I've reduced the price accordingly.
